Interested in being a Oxbow or Show Rabbit Feed dealer with us?

To be a dealer, you need to fulfil these requirements:

All product returns must be made within 7 days of deliver.
Returns are only accepted for factory defective items such as damaged packaging or shipment of expired items.
All exchanges must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened. Beh & Yo Rabbitry is not obliged to honour any returns made after 7 days from delivery, or items not in its original form, amount and packaging.
Shipping and handling charges associated with the return is to be borne by the dealer.
All factory defective items will be replaced or credit-returned within 60 days once inspected and declared defective by Beh & Yo Rabbitry.
All reasons for returns must be clearly declared by the dealer.

Beh & Yo Rabbitry reserves the right to adjust prices as necessary.
All dealers are encouraged to follow our recommended retail price in pricing the items for sale.

All shipping costs are to be borne by the dealer.
In the event where an order shipment is undeliverable or unclaimed, and returned to Beh & Yo Rabbitry, we will attempt to contact the dealer to claim the items and re-ship the items. All incurred reshipping costs will be borne by the dealer.
In the event where the dealer cannot be contacted after 7 days, the shipment will be cancelled and any payments already made will be forfeited.
Dealers are encouraged to provide accurate contact and shipping information and notify us of any changes in the information. We will not be held liable for undeliverable stocks due to the negligence of the dealer in informing us of contact or shipping address changes.

Should the dealer wish to terminate the dealership contract, two (2) months notice must be given prior to termination of dealership.
All products sold prior to termination notice is non refundable.
